Fager Max is a customizable combination bit that allows you to change the mouthpiece, nosepiece, and shank length. This makes it easy to adapt the bit to your horse’s individual needs without having to purchase a completely new bit.

A combination bit distributes the rein aids across several pressure points, including the mouth, nose, poll and curb area. This creates clear, balanced communication and can help the rider achieve a more stable and connected feeling. The different elements work together, allowing the aids to be communicated through more than the mouth alone.

With Fager Max, you can easily adjust the setup to suit your horse's needs, your training changes, or when you discover that another mouthpiece or shank length provides a better feel.

With the mouthpiece stabilizer, you can easily adjust the bit's flexibility. Lock the mouthpiece for more stability and a more direct contact. Add more sliding effect for a more forgiving, flexible contact.

The bit is supplied with:

- Sidepieces in your chosen shank length
- Hooks and curb chain
- A soft, flexible, rubber-covered nosepiece
- Screw set + mouthpiece stabilizers

Mouthpieces are sold separately, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your horse. Additional shank lengths and nosepieces can easily be purchased separately, giving you the freedom to update and customize your setup whenever needed.
