40585-78 Sprenger Turnado Pro loose ring snaffle 14 mm, 70 mm, Loose Ring Snaffle
Description
ideal for horses that have a small mouth with normal to fleshy lips
gentle on the corners of the mouth
slight tongue freedom, especially suited to horses that tend to play with their tongue
anatomically shaped mouthpiece with an innovative joint angled forward by 45° which enables an even distribution of pressure
helps to counteract the horse's natural asymmetry
suitable for sensitive horses
Developed for horses with a short mouth gap and normal to plenty of flesh on the inside corner of the mouth, the TURNADO PRO bit offers an innovative solution for anatomical challenges. The ergonomic design with a joint that is inclined forwards by 45°, as with all TURNADO bits, ensures even pressure distribution on the tongue and prevents pressure peaks in the joint area.
The symmetrical contact surface of the bit shanks helps to counteract the horse's natural crookedness, while a small port keeps the tongue centred and still. This is particularly beneficial for horses that tend to pull their tongue up. The straight shape of the bit reduces the risk of bruising in front of the first molar in short mouths, promoting a gentle and more precise action.
