Bombers Bit Twisted Wire Buster Roller 2.5 Ring

The Twisted Wire Buster Roller 2.5 Ring by Bombers Bit is a great bit for schooling. The link in the middle is shortened to 40mm increasing bar and tongue pressure making the bit sharper than conventional link bits.

Hence, the increased pressure on the bar will lift the head and the roller will increase pressure on the tongue tucking the chin in.

Best suited for a horse with a low head carriage and which leans on the bit.

As a result, the twisted wire creates more pressure points on the bars making it a stronger bit.

A Ring cheek piece introduces poll pressure as well creating leverage on the mouthpiece, the 2 ½ ring version is the softest version of ring bit as the ½ ring softens the leverage on the mouthpiece and poll.

All our bits are made from blue sweet iron, because it:

• oxidises easily
• encourages salivation
• helps bit acceptance
• is warm and sweet
